Features

HSR Flexo printer is advantage of highly-automatic, high-speed, stably-pressured, accurately-positioning.

Sleeve-typed pneumatic-holding shafts are adopted for printing shafts. We adopted plate-sticking sleeve cylinder or engraved sleeve cylinder as our printing shafts, which is controlled by servo system. Therefore, there is gearless. You can get higher-quality printing results and save lots of maintenance cost .

Additionally, it equips water-cooling system on impression cylinder. So it prevents plastic film material from deformation under the high temperature during high speed running, So it is very suitable for film printing.

Working Principles & Application Areas

Working Process: (The items/processes with “*” marks are optional.

Unwinding → Web Guiding → Dust Cleaning → Static Eliminating → Relam & Delam * → Corona Treating *→ unit Printing

→ Cooling→ LED UV Drying → Die Cutting* → Snow Waste Rewinding → Video Inspecting → Sheeting* → Rewinding

Application Areas: Most of materials on the market are available on this machine, including film materials, shrink film materials and water bottle shrink labels, etc.
