Sealing Quality Requirements of Rotary Filling and Sealing Machine

After sealing work on the sealing machine, sealing part must be free of scratches, leakage, perforation and sludge. At the same time, after sealing result test, it is be sealed well for sealing part.

Firstly, specific sealing quality requirements are filling accuracy must exceed 98%. Less than 2% passing rate of finished products. Operating noise of filling and sealing machine is less than 75dB (A).

Secondly,compression test between circuit conductor and grounding circuit protection should be at least more than 1s. Entire circuit control system must be safe and accurate.

Finally, circuit with each conductor must be marked with a code number.
